مَا أَصَابَ مِنْ مُصِيبَةٍ فِي الْأَرْضِ وَلَا فِي أَنْفُسِكُمْ إِلَّا فِي كِتَابٍ مِنْ قَبْلِ أَنْ نَبْرَأَهَا إِنَّ ذَلِكَ عَلَى اللَّهِ يَسِيرٌ

Word by Word (2021) Translation

Not strikes any disaster in the earth and not in yourselves, but in a Register from before that We bring it into existence. Indeed, that for Allah (is) easy.
